changed password and now cannot access birdnetpi.local

I changed the password (from the default blank ) through the tools on the birdnetpi.local website.
I then rebooted the system and now I cannot access the site, my google chrome browser just says birdnetpi.local refused to connect.

I then tried to access the site from the rasberrypi desktop and still no luck.

I am not a proficient linux user but I can follow instructions so if there is some config file I have to edit or something else, please let me know. This was all working fine before I went and added the darn password. Please help, I guess I can start all over from scratch, but thought I would try here first.

I think I know what happened. When I moved my device, as it was not hooked up to a monitor nor keyboard, I just unplugged it. I think this corrupted the app. I did an uninstall and reinstalled the birdnetpi app and the local website is now working fine.
