birdnet-pi-config command not found

I am running my setup on a pi3 for testing purposes and read in this thread that I need to enable zram/change swap by ssh'ing into my machine and using the command birdnet-pi-config. I don't know if that command was deprecated, but it says command not found on my system. I can confirm I am in the main directory. Any tips?
