Description :
This lint helps us to Stop adding new columns table Specified by the user in the Input. The Advantage of having this is - If there are tables shared across teams / Larger tables and no one wants to mess with these tables it will stop someone to Add Columns

I want to hear thoughts from you people @adriens @mbarre
