Dear,
Now, I use gopeak by followed command, and I want to set "P-value" to change the number of peaks.But it does not wrok for me.Why?

/share/app/gopeaks
--pval 0.01
-b $bam_dir/CnT_Uhrf1$sample/CnT_Uhrf1_$sample_bowtie2.clean.sorted.bam
-o $sample_p0.01

/share/app/gopeaks
