Skip start menu not working / 1.26.0 / 2.0 #863
Comments
Try version 1.26.1 |
1.26.1 is not working for me too. Game version 2.0. I had to use -skipStartScreen on game shortcut instead. |
I just tested it. It skips the intros for me, but the two button presses to continue are still there. |
This is a known issue. Essentially it was pushed out early because he was trying to get CET released for the community and didn't have time to check all the patches. It's a low priority, so it may take some time for it to be fixed |
same problem game version 2.01 neither intro video nor breaching... gets skipped |
Same problem game version 2.01 Temporary solved with replacing |
We know, no need to keep spamming. |
Currently neither "Skip Start Menu" nor "Suppress Intro Movies" is working with current release versions of CET and RED4ext. Checked file integrities, reinstalled, logs all look good too. Just doesn't seem to be working. |
@maximegmd Perhaps it is a good thing it stopped working because since pre-2.0 CD Projekt disabled achievements and GOG galaxy integration if the breach view is skipped. Total speculation is they used it as an internal developer/tester flag? |
Wow! Really? |
@Saibamen I spent almost a month of going back and forth with GOG support to figure that one out. I believe CET calls the same logic that is triggered by the command line flag |
Tested with latest Cyberpunk version without CET, running with GOG Galaxy:
|
Version 1.26.0
Game version 2.0
Skip start menu is on in settings and Suppress Intro Movies is on.
The intro movies get skipped but the "press button to breach" is still there.
