Local tests: molecule scenarios don't pick up changed collection

On my local machine, running tests, then making changes to a module, then relying on the changes in a role results in a second run of tests failing, because molecule keeps using an old version. I assume this is down to a cache somewhere that we'd probably have to disable for tests?

This obviously doesn't affect the CI, as each runner is ephemereal
