1. DEFINITIONS

  • SOFTWARE: The original source code provided under this license.
  • MODIFY: To create a derivative work by copying, altering, or adapting the SOFTWARE.
  • DISTRIBUTE: To make the SOFTWARE, or any derivative version (compiled or in source code), available to third parties, including but not limited to sharing on public platforms or any form that constitutes publication.
  • PERSONAL USE: Use limited to an individual’s private, non-commercial activities, without intent to derive financial benefit or profit.
  • AUTHOR: The original creator or licensor of the SOFTWARE.
  • LICENSEE: Any individual or entity who has obtained a copy of the SOFTWARE under this license.

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

  • 2.1 FORKING AND MODIFICATION: LICENSEES are granted a NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE right to fork and modify the SOFTWARE solely for PERSONAL USE.

5. MODIFICATION BY AUTHOR

LICENSEES are responsible for ensuring compliance with the most current version of this license as provided by the AUTHOR.
  • 5.2 NOTICE OF MODIFICATIONS: The latest version of this license can be found at the AUTHOR’s project page or any other location the AUTHOR designates. By continuing to use or modify the SOFTWARE, LICENSEES agree to the terms of the most current version of the license.

6. TERMINATION

  • 6.1 AUTOMATIC TERMINATION: The rights granted under this license will TERMINATE AUTOMATICALLY if the LICENSEE fails to comply with any of the terms herein.
  • 6.2 POST-TERMINATION OBLIGATIONS: Upon TERMINATION, the LICENSEE must cease all use of the SOFTWARE and destroy all copies in their possession, whether modified or unmodified.

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the LICENSEE and AUTHOR regarding the use of the SOFTWARE.
