Messages delivered mis-ordered

I'm a participant in a big group (related to OpenStreetMap) bridged with Telegram (through t2bot.io service) and lately a lot of messages that comes from Telegram side arrive completely misordered in Matrix/Element.
e.g.:

• message sent at 15:18
• message sent at 15:13
• message sent at 15:16

Cannot understand if the bridge is the responsible or some other module in the Matrix/Element stack.
