[Design] Create an illustration / visual to explain how an idea becomes a feature in Mautic

In our Roadmap process, we have a lengthy wordy description of how something goes from being an idea to being a released feature:

I would like it if we could describe this visually somehow.

The basic process is:

1. Post your idea at https://forum.mautic.org/c/ideas
2. Get feedback from the community - are people interested? How many are impacted? Is anyone willing to work on/fund the project?
3. If there is sufficient interest and the work can be funded, please raise a proposal on the Roadmap project, https://community.mautic.org/processes/roadmap, including all the requested information
4. The Core Team review the proposals regularly and questions are posted on the Community Portal until a decision/consensus is reached as to whether the version will be accepted in core, and if so, which version the developers must have it ready for
5. The proposal is accepted, a project is created in the progress tracker, and work commences
6. Progress tracker updated as work proceeds
7. Documentation (end user and developer) is written and ready for merging
8. PR is made in time for the proposed release, reviewed, tested and merged
9. Feature is released
