Drop Julia 0.5 and bug-fixes

Dropped Julia 0.5 support.

The current Julia 0.7 is running (but with lots of deprecations).

Bug-fix in the dispatch cache and base-trait IsConcrete.

Note, this will (probably) the last Julia 0.6 release.
