Feature request: Cleanup DB - Delete older entries so DB does not blow up #53

It would be great if there would be a way to cleanup the DB from old entries. I run lot of RSS feeds, so DB blows up and e.g. cleaning out every entry older then 1 year, or not anymore existing entries in the feed, would be cool.
