Laravel Notifications outside framework

I am trying to use Laravel's Notifications Component from a Project that is not using the Laravel Framework.

Is that possible? Thanks in advance!

@asmecher Honestly, I have no idea! But if it's not feasible, I would say we can probably lobby to get some things re-architected to make it possible! :) I'd absolutely welcome your help!
