login mattermost in the Incognito tab then LHS TODO Count is not visible, its 0, after the refresh User can see the Proper Count.

steps 1) login mattermost in the browser and see the todo LHS Count. (Count should not be 0)
2) login the same account in the Incognito tab.
issue :- TODO count will be 0 but when you refresh the page then you will see the right Count.

expected behaviour :- after login in the incognito the user should see the right count of the TODO on the LHS icon.

This information needs to be fetched on user login. This is done in the Jira plugin here using a root component to determine when the user has logged in.

Ideally we have a UserHasLoggedIn webapp plugin hook. The author of the fix can choose to add that instead of the above strategy.
