1. when "Hide team sidebar buttons" Setting is "False" then User will see the TODO icon + Data on the LHS, This is Right but When user login in the Private tab then LHS Icon is visible but the Count data is not visible, but after the refresh the Page data is visible in the Private tab

2. When "Hide team sidebar buttons" Setting is "True", Then LHS TODO icon is not visible, This is Right but When User login in the Private tab then User Can see the TODO icons on the LHS but when user refresh the page then Icons Hide.
