Introduce Ban Zones in Berlin for specific modes of traffic

Hi there,

I am currently writing a paper about potential traffic bans in urban areas (e.g. Berlin) and was wondering if it is possible to completly ban e.g. driving private cars in speficic areas (e.g. city center) within the matsim simulation, so that agents have to use alternatives to reach that destination OR in case the original drive would just pass through the banzone, it would automatically drive around that zone of banned cars?
