setup automated tests with test project

Description:

Changes:

• Upload actual function responses as github action artifact.
• Add script to pick and download artifacts locally for comparison.
• Move .env contents to DEPLOY.md as it just contains documentation.
• Make sure connector code and test code works if process is not defined (which can happen if no .env file exists).
• Update expected test files.
