Comment on beginning tweet's inacuraccy?

df[column#,row#]=newvalue is part of the original tweet.
However, the correct syntax should switch row# and column#. Perhaps a sentence in the text could clarify that? And if such a switchup has possible implications for both tidy and non-tidy learners :)
