this contract, according to app.aave.com discord support server:

is funded by polygon. the contract has run to 0 $matic, and thus the aave contract that allows withdrawal of aave $wmatic rewards on the polygon network fails for all users.

if aave discord support is correct about this. could someone that has access to this contract please fund it, so that it can function properly.
