Before submitting...

Context

Since the latest version, the Select title enlarges when an item is selected but does not shrink back after the selection. See the images. Can you confirm?

Current Behavior

Select title stay enlarge after a selection

Expected behavior

Select title srinks after a selection

I'm experiencing the same issue, the unordered list is rendered before the label instead of after the label since v2.2.1, which causes the css pseudo selector not to render the correct styling
I think we need to redefine how the css is applied by not depending on pseudo selectors on this component
