I'd probably suggest splitting this PR in two: one to add the category, another to add your testimonial, as that's something different and may have different requirements for acceptance, however, I do note that currently there are no servers under the science category: https://api.joinmastodon.org/servers?category=science

@chuckn408 just to quote from #286, there's a bit more that'll need to happen for this to merge:

It’s not that simple, I need to add them server side and then sort servers into them.

So this may be waiting a while for merge, now that from what you can do it's good to go.
