2. Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this document is to gather requirements from active and potential users of  Master Protocol, which will then be used by the group working on the Master Protocol Specification document to include need capabilities into new versions of the Master Protocol.

The scope of this document is limited to smart contract and smart property capabilities.
