Add codeclimate output

Having a code climate output would make it very convenient to use the code climate feature in gitlab:

Ich habe mal die erste Iteration als PR erstellt, ich muss dann aber nochmal schauen, dass wir den output auch validieren und Tests habe ich auch noch nicht ergänzt.

Was hälst du bis jetzt davon?
