Other log formats

Hi Martin,

Is it possible to use other log formats instead of the standard example like:
log_format cache '$remote_addr - $remote_user [$time_local] $upstream_cache_status Cache-Control: $upstream_http_cache_control Expires: $upstream_http_expires "$request" $status $body_bytes_sent $request_time "$http_referer" "$http_user_agent" "$http_x_forwarded_for" "$content_type"'

We would like to monitor the upstream_cache_status such as MISS, EXPIRED, HIT
