Custom Metadata Settings

Epic related to the custom metadata settings:
As a system admin, I want to create a calendar with dates and/or periods between dates to manually input multiple dates related to a record and easily visualise them in a calendar monthly view, where they can be represented by an icon, symbol, emoji or colour. These dates will also be shown with their subtitles underneath the month visualisation. I could also potentially filter out other components based on date selection on the calendar.
