path to vagrant breaks on windows when running qdci-vbox.sh

./qdci-vbox.sh: line 206: /usr/bin/vagrant: No such file or directory

line 206 cant resolve /usr/bin/vagrant, after changing to just use vagrant and rely on vagrant being in your path already, and it works fine on windows.
