browser refresh does not work in v2 #37

any version above v1.2.1 (v2.0.~) does not auto refresh the browser on changes. The command does output

[browser-refresh] Triggering refresh of client pages...
[browser-refresh] Refresh triggered

but the browser does not accept the changes. I need to manually refresh the page in order to see the changes.

Using Google Chrome v67 on linux
