Loading

Alignment of:
-line item with balance and alerts
-list header title and icon
-list item headers
-budget page header items

Load records into frames separated by month
Color of page header background and active nav button need to be fixed
Add styling to card buttons

also card buttons overlap if more than three

List items styles not functioning following rebuilding of list builders.
