Some Storybook stories do not allow for inputs to be controlled where I was expected them to be controllable - e.g. CardLabel.rank, HandCard.rank, PossibleHand.sortOrder, PossibleHandCard.rank, ScoredPossibleKeepDiscard.sortOrder, ScoredPossibleKeepDiscards.sortOrder, SortOrderInput.sortOrder and SortableHand.sortOrder.

Trainer also has a non-controllable sortOrder, but that should not be controllable.
