nodemon is a tool that helps develop Node.js based applications by automatically restarting the node application when file changes in the directory are detected.
concurrently allows us to run multiple scripts concurrently, in parallell and get one output.
The script npm run dev
will run these three processes in parallel through concurrently
and nodemon

-
npx tsc -w
Runs the TypeScript compiler every time a code change is made.
-
nodemon -w locales/en -x npm run toc
Generates TS definitions for translation keys in
locales/resources.d.ts
every time the English translation is modified. -
nodemon -x npm run start
Restarts the bot every time code is built in places like
dist
