from @eqmh : We'd like to put two columns of data for instance: Mean SST and Climatology from the GHRSST data.

This might fall under #21 , but it may be fairly easy to modify the existing plot function to handle a list of col_y names in plot_indicators instead of implementing a whole new plotter.
