• Add support for temperature offsets. If you set an offset in the temperature tab, it will be added to the temperature when preheating.
• Add option for sequenced heating. If you enable this feature in the plugin settings, it will preheat the bed first and preheat the hotends once the bed has reached the desired temperature.
