Allow to set delay time for bed stabilization before print head heating starts #60

Beds (and chambers) need some time to stabilize their temperature and bed expansion/contraction.
It would be very useful to be able to set a delay time after bed temp is reached and heating of the print head starts.
I think currently this is not possible, right?
