Revisit [publish docs] after repo renaming

Determine where to publish docs created by this repo.

These will be just about accessing Mapbox Services - no references to Unity anymore.
These should live here in mapbox-sdk-cs.

Q:

• Should we find a way to integrate them into the mapbox-sdk-unity-docs?
  Might not be very user friendly to two docs:
  • mapbox-sdk-cs
  • and mapbox-sdk-unity
• do we even have docs for just the Unity specific parts?
