Create single repo for all Kernel CI #12

At the moment our Kernel CI runs in https://github.com/manjaro-kernels.

For each kernel a separate repository is created. We can look into if it is enough to have a single repo https://github.com/manjaro/kernel with:

one branch per kernel, or even
a single branch and kernel data in separate directories or a central database file in the repo (but then the workflows must be adapted a lot).

This should simplify the setup and allow more automation in the future.
