Quest 1641, "The Tome of Divinity" is bugged. The first leg takes you from Goldshire to Stormwind and that is fine. Upon turning in the first one you are presented with the second leg of the quest. There is no quest text or objectives and upon accepting the quest it is immediately listed as "complete", you talk to the same guy, and you get the tome.
