Client can quickly reconnect before the gameserver synced the data with the accountserver #65

If the client disconnects and then immidiatly reconnects it is in theory possible that the old data of the account is not in the database yet -> so the new login uses old data.

Ablu pushed a commit to Ablu/manaserv that referenced this issue Jun 8, 2013
This creates issues with syncing the data to the account-server. A
proper fix would be to wait for the db sync and only allow reconnects
after it is done. See mana#65 for the issue.
