Setting hideSpeed to 0 crashes 3RVX #116

Steps to repro:

Open 3RVX settings
Under display / speed (ms): type in 0
3RVX immediately crashes
because this setting is saved, it will also immediately crash again on restart (able to recover by doing surgery on Settings.xml)
