Description

Currently if the user accesses the /account page when they aren't logged in, there is an error message that prompts the user to 'log in first'. This error message effectively communicates to the user that they cannot view account details without being logged into an account first.

However, the menu bar disappears from the screen. This means that the user has to click 'back' in their browser in order to navigate back to the rest of the site. This is inconvenient for the user.

Attached is a screenshot of the /account page for users who aren't logged in, showing the lack of menu bar:

Perfectly valid - might not make it into v4 though due to time, alone! Let's see.

I've made "Log in" a link on that page, at least!
