Brownout error after flashing

Hi
I have came up with this issue after uploading firmware (did work with printer at start)required calibration.
Compiled correctly in VS and uploaded with no error.
Currently after adding board to printer I am getting esp32 to bootloop with brownout detection.

I use desktop bench and usbc cable to pc. bootloop keeps happening although measured voltages were ok when powered from 12v or usb.
BLight keeps flashing same patter so I assume that is no different if with/out screen attached ,either power supply.

Much appreciate any help to fix this
