Closing the import account window also closes the Wallet window

Steps

1. log into wallet
2. open settings >> import account
3. close the import account window
   Actual Result: The Import Account window closes but so does the Wallet window.
   Expected Result: The Import Account window closes, the Wallet window remains open.

I don't think it's possible.
Chrome intentionally closes the popup when something else is focused within the browser window.
This is a default browser behavior and I can't find any solution to do that.
A similar situation on Firefox, it closes the popup when opening the import account window.
Only safari doesn't do this.
