Menu changes

In line with my current plans for changing how the user auth system is handled I'm planning to do the following changes

• Admin will be for tasks that affect everyone on the install
• Moving some items under the callsign drop down this will be items such as API Keys, Station Profiles, ADIF export

I'm proposing todo this to help clean up the dropdowns as its getting quite full, I'm also planning to change Station Profiles to Station Locations as I think this better suits the title of whats being done.

The following has now been implemented into Cloudlog, I'm sure there will be more changes going forward like adding a new backup system and some of that will need to be both for local users and the admin of the system but its a step in the right direction

Worth noting I'm planning on getting some icons done in the not to distant future that are more relevant to the item.
