Problem solved!

First of all, happy end of the year. I installed Cloudlog and came to the first screen with user creation and MySQL. After checking, the DB has been created and I (presumably) see all the tables. When I browse to my website again, I get the error below. I searched the tables but there is only 1 column, so not duplicate. I deleted the entire site and DB and reinstalled. Everything went normally I think, but when I restarted I had the same error again. I can't find any info here, but maybe someone here knows what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance. Greetings Rudy

Problem solved! Removed MySQL and Web again and did a fresh installation of both and... It works. Life can be beautiful :-) Sorry to bother you. Happy New Year!
