Page not loading after cloning git (NGINX)

Hello,
I have a ubuntu server runnuing mariadb / php 7.4 and apache 2.4.41. After I copied the git in /var/www/html and trying to access it from http://domain/Cloudlog/install I'm receiving below error:
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu) Server at 192.x.x.x Port 80

after changing Apache with nginx and full reinstall all LEMP now I have this error:
403 Forbidden
nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)

I already executed twice the take ownership commands but the result is the same.

Problem solved, it was a php declaration issue.
