Build Error: llvm/Assembly/Parser.h: No such file or directory

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build Ocelot using the build.py script:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect: build successfully
build error: ocelot/ocelot/ir/implementation/ExternalFunctionSet.cpp:28:34: 
fatal error: llvm/Assembly/Parser.h: No such file or directory


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I checkout the ocelot from svn. 
Also, checkout the llvm from svn.


Please provide any additional information below.
