These guides look to be out of date:

https://github.com/madetech/handbook/blob/main/guides/policy/whistleblowing_policy.md as pcaw.co.uk no longer exists
https://github.com/madetech/handbook/blob/main/guides/policy/dealing_code_policy.md links to FCA pages that no longer exist
https://github.com/madetech/handbook/blob/main/benefits/made_tech_benefits_box.md links to a 404

Had a brief look at these it looks like the only ones that still require action are:
