Currently Mac Virtualization only supports Raw disks. Need to find a better way to increase or decrease disk size without corrupting file

Describe alternatives you've considered
Some possible options are,

Using dd command
Using os.truncate

Additional context
The command should be executed only if the disk size is changed, if not we should not be executing this
