As part of this, we need to provide support for listing the running/stopped vm and also list important details like vm name, ip, status.

Additional Context

The following can be used as a list of possible columns
NAME, STATUS, CPUS, MEMORY, DISK, IP-ADDRESS

Also provide a option to get as json response as well
