Does Monerujo works on air-gaped Android devices?

Couple of questions, first, does Monerujo works on an air-gaped Android device? (as in... A fully off-line/no-network android device).

Second question is... Can Monerujo sign transactions using QR Codes?

The context is... I want to store my keys off-line for added security... Can I do it with Monerujo?

Monerujo won't make sense on a device without some data connection. It needs one to be functional. But with the Sidekick app we're addressing that very need of having the keys offline. An official stable release is still pending but you can test it yourself to get a sense of how it works, we have two apks available:
