Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you have a standard in the way you write reports you would like to make checks if everything is setup write and when it isn't you would like to apply a fix without opening the pbix file.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Be able to move visuals in the report,Or align multiple visuals at once.
  2. Set filters or change filters

Describe alternatives you've considered
You can also open the report and change everything by hand.

Additional context
If you want to do it in a devops way you would like to check if things are up to standard.

  1. Is every visual at the right position
  2. Is the right background visual being used
  3. Are the right filters set
And with a write back function you don't have to open the file it self to make adjustments.

What sort of interface would you imagine for request 1? Request 2 is dependent on adding filters (a different feature request previously raised).

With regard to the comments in the 'additional context' portion of your comment, how do you tell if 'every visual is at the right position'? Or, what the 'standard' is?
