2021 Version box does not work

Box checked or unchecked gives a 2022.1 version.

The version of the blob should be 2022.1 in both cases, it's just the layout before the blob gets compiled that is different. You should be able to confirm that you get different blobs when using the same settings except for the checkbox by using some checksum (for example sha256sum file.blob on Linux).
